Delicious minced beef tenderized with papaya and rolled into kebabs, these seekh kababs are a classic subcontinental dish, perfect to serve at a special occasion or at your next dinner party.

 

Ingredients

    • Beef Mince400 grams
    • Red Chili Powder1 teaspoon
    • SaltTo taste
    • Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
    • Garam Masala1 teaspoon
    • Kachri Powder1 teaspoon
    • Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
    • Paprika Powder½ teaspoon
    • Green Chili Paste1 teaspoon
    • Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
    • Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
    • Ginger Paste1 teaspoon
    • Cream½ cup
    • Bread1-2 slices
    • Coriander leaves½ bunch
    • Chopped Onion½, chopped

Preparation

  • In a chopper, add minced beef, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masla, kachri powder, and paprika powder, green chili paste, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, cream and bread.
  • Add coriander leaves and chopped onions and blend again.
  • In a bowl, add the ground mixture and knead.
  • Take skewers and mold the mixture around them into kebabs.
  • Grill on a high flame for 3-4 minutes, rotating the kebabs so that all sides are cooked evenly.
