Preparation
In a chopper, add minced beef, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masla, kachri powder, and paprika powder, green chili paste, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, cream and bread.
Add coriander leaves and chopped onions and blend again.
In a bowl, add the ground mixture and knead.
Take skewers and mold the mixture around them into kebabs.
Grill on a high flame for 3-4 minutes, rotating the kebabs so that all sides are cooked evenly.
