Ingredients

    • Beef Mince½ KG
    • Ginger Paste1 teaspoon
    • Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
    • Papaya Paste1 cup
    • Red Chilli Powder1 teaspoon
    • Green Chillies2 – 3, chopped
    • Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
    • SaltTo taste
    • Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
    • Yogurt1 cup
    • Bread Slices2
    • Onion1, sliced
    • Coriander½ bunch
    • Oil1 cup
    • Green ChilliesFor garnish
    • CorianderFor garnish
    • GingerFor garnish

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl take beef mince and mix it with ginger paste, garlic paste and papaya paste. Let it marinate for an hour.
  • Add the marinated mince in a blender, then add red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, cumin powder, salt, coriander powder, yogurt, bread slices and blend it all together.
  • Then add onions, coriander and blend again.
  • In a pan, heat 1 cup of oil and fry the marinated beef for about 10 minutes. Let it simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with green chillies, coriander and ginger.
