Chicken, Boneless½ KG
Black Pepper1 teaspoon
Chilli Flakes1 teaspoon
SaltTo taste
Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
Ginger Paste1 teaspoon
Coriander½ bunch
Green Chillies2, chopped
Mozzarella Cheese250 grams
OilFor greasing hands
Eggs, Beaten2
Salt & PepperTo taste
Milk1 tablespoon
Coriander1 teaspoon
Bread CrumbsAs required
OilFor frying
Preparation
In a blender add chicken, black pepper, chilli flakes, salt, turmeric powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander, green chillies and blend it all together.
Take a block of mozzarella cheese, slice it into thick sticks.
Grease your hands with oil. Now take a handful of mixture and flat it in your palm, place a stick of cheese in the center and wrap the mixture around it.
Take 2 beaten eggs in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and whisk. Then add milk, coriander and whisk.
Take a bowl of bread crumbs, add salt, pepper and mix well.
Now dip the cheese kebab in the eggs, then into bread crumbs
Deep fry the kebabs until it turns golden brown in color. Take it out on a tissue paper to soak the excess oil.
