This cheese paratha is a delicious upgrade on regular parathas, so you can still get a good hearty breakfast, but with a generous helping of warm cheesy goodness. A perfect option for breakfast or sehri since it keeps you feeling full all day long.
All-purpose flour2 cups
Mozzarella Cheese2 cups
Coriander, chopped1 cup
Black pepper1 teaspoon
Mixed herbs1 teaspoon
In a mixing bowl, add mozzarella cheese, chopped coriander, salt, black pepper, mix herbs and mix.
In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt and mix.
Take a ball sized dough, make a flat bread, pour oil, spread oil with a spoon, sprinkle all-purpose flour, fold like a fan and then roll into a tight ball.
Then again make a flat bread out of it. Add cheese filling and roll into a flat bread again.
Brush oil on the tawa and fry the paratha until both sides are golden brown.
