Cheese Paratha

This cheese paratha is a delicious upgrade on regular parathas, so you can still get a good hearty breakfast, but with a generous helping of warm cheesy goodness. A perfect option for breakfast or sehri since it keeps you feeling full all day long.

Ingredients

    • All-purpose flour2 cups
    • Saltto taste
    • Ghee½ cup
    • Mozzarella Cheese2 cups
    • Coriander, chopped1 cup
    • Saltto taste
    • Black pepper1 teaspoon
    • Mixed herbs1 teaspoon

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add mozzarella cheese, chopped coriander, salt, black pepper, mix herbs and mix.
  • In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt and mix.
  • Take a ball sized dough, make a flat bread, pour oil, spread oil with a spoon, sprinkle all-purpose flour, fold like a fan and then roll into a tight ball.
  • Then again make a flat bread out of it. Add cheese filling and roll into a flat bread again.
  • Brush oil on the tawa and fry the paratha until both sides are golden brown.
