    • Mozzarella Cheese, Slice and Grated250 grams
    • ToothpicksAs required
    • Yogurt1 cup
    • Cream½ cup
    • Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
    • Black Pepper Powder1 teaspoon
    • SaltTo taste
    • White Pepper Powder1 teaspoon
    • Ginger-Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
    • Green Chillies, Chopped2
    • Coriander¼ bunch
    • Vinegar1 teaspoon
    • Lemon½
    • Green Chutni1 teaspoon
    • Butter1 teaspoon
    • Oil2 tablespoon


  • Slice a chicken breast into two halves, and with a knife, make small incisions on each half until the chicken pieces are flattened.
  • Line the flattened chicken with cheese slices or grated cheese and roll it up. Secure each roll with toothpicks.
  • In a bowl, add yogurt, cream, coriander powder, black pepper, salt, white pepper, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chilies, fresh coriander, vinegar, and lemon juice. Whisk together with a fork.
  • Now add green chutney and whisk again.
  • Dip the rolled chicken into this mixture.
  • In a pan, add butter and oil and shallow-fry the rolls.
