Slice a chicken breast into two halves, and with a knife, make small incisions on each half until the chicken pieces are flattened.
Line the flattened chicken with cheese slices or grated cheese and roll it up. Secure each roll with toothpicks.
In a bowl, add yogurt, cream, coriander powder, black pepper, salt, white pepper, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chilies, fresh coriander, vinegar, and lemon juice. Whisk together with a fork.
Now add green chutney and whisk again.
Dip the rolled chicken into this mixture.
In a pan, add butter and oil and shallow-fry the rolls.
