    • Onion, Chopped½
    • Coriander, Chopped½ bunch

    • Black Pepper Powder½ teaspoon
    • Mustard Paste1 tablespoon

    • Mozzarella Cheese, Cubed200 grams

    • Garlic Bread1 foot long

  • In a mixing bowl add tomatoes, spring onions, olives, onion, coriander, salt, fennel seeds, black pepper powder, mustard paste, vinegar, mozzarella cheese, lemon and mix well.
  • Take a foot long garlic bread. Cut it into slices.
  • In a skillet add butter, then add garlic bread slices.
  • In a platter, sprinkle coriander, place garlic bread slices, then add filling on top of it. Sprinkle spring onions for garnishing.
