Beef mince½ KG
Papaya Paste1 cup
Ginger Paste1 tablespoon
Garlic Paste1 tablespoon
Coconut Powder1 tablespoon

Poppy seeds½ teaspoon
Red whole chili5 – 6
Ghee1 cup

Yogurt1 cup

Charcoal pre-heatedfor steam
Preparation
In a mixing bowl combine beef mince with raw Papaya paste ginger garlic paste, mix well, cover and let it marinate for overnight or 3 hours.
In a frying pan add coconut, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, poppy seeds, red whole chili and roast and then grind into a coarse powder.
In a wok heat ghee over medium flame, add the masala and mix.
Add the marinated beef mince and stir for a minute or two.
Add salt and mix. Add yogurt and mix.
Add chopped coriander and cook for about 10 minutes on low flame.
Then add garam masala and mix.
Add fried onions and mix.
Place a heated charcoal, pour few drops of oil, cover the lid and let it steam for a minute of two.
