Bihari Qeema

(23460 Views)

Slightly different in taste from a simple Qeema; the Bihari Qeema is often served as a main course that originated from Bihar, India. It is made by marinating the minced meat with spices; stir frying it and giving it a charcoal steam. The Bihari Qeema goes well with naan when served as dinner and even with parathas if served as breakfast.
