Ingredients

    • Oil2 – 3 tablespoon
    • Onion1, finely chopped
    • Beef Mince½ KG
    • Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
    • Ginger Paste1 teaspoon
    • Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
    • SaltTo taste
    • Red Chilli Powder1 teaspoon
    • Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
    • Yogurt1 cup
    • Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
    • Green Chillies, chopped1, finely chopped
    • CorianderFor garnish
    • Flour1 cup
    • All-Purpose Flour2 cups
    • Oil2 tablespoon
    • WaterAs required
    • Oil2 – 3 tablespoon

Preparation

  • In a pan add oil and onion. Saute till onion turns brown.
  • Add beef mince, ginger paste, garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add coriander powder, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, yogurt and mix. Then add turmeric powder and give it a stir.
  • Add chopped green chillies and mix. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander. Now take blend the cooked mince in a blender so it smoothens.
  • For the dough, in a mixing bowl add flour, all-purpose flour, oil, water and kneed.
  • Take a medium size roti size dough, cover it with flour and flatten it using a rolling pin.
  • Add a spoonful of cooked mince on the flatten dough and cover it from all sides, then apply flour on it and flatten it using a rolling pin.
  • Place the prepared paratha on the skillet, then add oil over it and fry evenly until it turns brown.
