Punjabi breakfast in full swing, with delicious fried eggs cooked in chilli and vegetables with a chewy paratha. Very easy to cook. It can also be served/eaten as a normal meal.

Egg1
Onion1, chopped
SaltTo taste
Green Chillies1, chopped
Red Chilli Powder½ teaspoon
Coriander¼ bunch
Black Pepper Powder¼ teaspoon
Dough1, medium
Oil1 tablespoon
Oil1 -2 tablespoon
Preparation
In a mixing bowl add egg, chopped onion, salt, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander, black pepper powder and whisk well.
Take medium size roti dough and flatten it with a rolling pin. Add oil over it and spread it evenly with a spoon. Sprinkle flour over it and start to roll it.
Now flatten the dough again with a rolling pin to create a paratha.
On a preheated skillet add oil and place the paratha over it. Fry both sides evenly.
Now add the whisked egg over it and flip the paratha.
Fry the egg side properly.
