Preparation
In a wok add oil and saute the onions until they turn brown.
Add cumin seeds, garam masala, red chillies, cardamom, cloves and mix well.
Add beef mince and mix well until it changes color.
Add diced tomatoes and mix well.
Add ginger and garlic paste, then mix it all together.
Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and mix.
Add cinnamon stick, peppercorn, green chillies, turmeric powder and mix.
Then add yogurt and mix well. Now add water as required and mix. Simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add bay leaf and mix. Now add boiled rice and stir.
Add water as required, then add coriander and stir.
Now add coriander and green chillies for garnish. Let it simmer for about 05 to 10 minutes on low heat.
