Ingredients

    • Oil2 – 3 tablespoon
    • Onions, Sliced2 – 3
    • Cumin Seeds1 teaspoon
    • Garam Masala, Whole1 teaspoon
    • Red Chillies, Whole1 teaspoon
    • Cardamom4 – 5
    • Cloves5 – 6
    • Tomatoes, Diced2 – 3
    • Beef, Mince1 KG
    • Ginger Paste1 tablespoon
    • Garlic Paste1 tablespoon
    • Red Chilli Powder1 tablespoon
    • Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
    • SaltTo taste
    • Cinnamon Stick1
    • Peppercorn½ teaspoon
    • Green Chillies3
    • Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
    • Yogurt½ cup
    • WaterAs required
    • CorianderFor garnish
    • Green ChilliesFor garnish

Preparation

  • In a wok add oil and saute the onions until they turn brown.
  • Add cumin seeds, garam masala, red chillies, cardamom, cloves and mix well.
  • Add beef mince and mix well until it changes color.
  • Add diced tomatoes and mix well.
  • Add ginger and garlic paste, then mix it all together.
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and mix.
  • Add cinnamon stick, peppercorn, green chillies, turmeric powder and mix.
  • Then add yogurt and mix well. Now add water as required and mix. Simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add bay leaf and mix. Now add boiled rice and stir.
  • Add water as required, then add coriander and stir.
  • Now add coriander and green chillies for garnish. Let it simmer for about 05 to 10 minutes on low heat.
