Oil2 – 3 tablespoon
Yellow Mustard Seeds1 teaspoon
Black Mustard Seeds½ teaspoon
Onions2 – 3, chopped
Tomatoes2 – 3, chopped
Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder½ teaspoon
Coriander Powder½ teaspoon
In a pot add oil, yellow mustard seeds, black mustard seeds and stir.
Add onions and stir. Tomatoes and mix well for 3 minutes.
Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander and mix well. Let it simmer for 08 to 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander.
