    • Semolina½ KG
    • Sugar1 Cup
    • Food Color¼ teaspoon


  • In a pan heat 1 cup of ghee then add semolina until it mixes with the ghee.
  • Add Sugar and mix well.
  • Add water and mix well.
  • Add food color and mix well.
  • Garnish with pistachio and almonds
