Clarified butter1 cup
Gram flour1 cup
Semolina½ cup
Sugar½ cup
Milk½ cup
Cardamom powder1 tablespoon
Water½ cup
Almond,chopped
Pictachiochopped
Preparation
Heat clarified butter in a small pot. Add semolina and gram flour. Roast until the colour changes.
Add sugar, milk, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add water and mix until the halwa leaves the base of the pot.
Add chopped almonds and chopped pistachio, and stir well.
