    • Chicken Drumsticks½ KG
    • Oil2 tbsp
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black PepperTo taste
    • Red Chili Flakes1 tsp
    • Garlic Paste1 tsp
    • Lemon Juice1 tbsp
    • Kanas Siracha Sauce2 tbsp
    • Oil2 tbsp
    • Oil2 tbsp
    • Garlic1 tsp, chopped
    • Capsicum½ chopped
    • Onion1 tbsp, chopped
    • WaterAs required
    • Red Chili Flakes1 tsp
    • Black Pepperto taste
    • SaltTo taste
    • Kanas BBQ Sauce1 cup


  • Take half kg chicken drumsticks in a bowl and add oil, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, garlic paste, lemon juice and Kanas Sriracha sauce.
  • Mix everything to coat the chicken drumsticks properly
  • Cover with a cling wrap or lid and let it marinate for half an hour.
  • Drizzle oil in a grilling pan and grill the drumsticks from all sides evenly.
  • Take out the drumsticks on a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
  • Pour some oil in a pan and saute garlic
  • Add in crushed capsicum, chopped onion, water, red chili flakes, black pepper, salt and Kanas BBQ sauce, and cook until thick.
  • Drizzle the prepared BBQ sauce on chicken wings.
  • Garnish with chopped green chilies, and serve hot.
