Ingredients

    • Oil2 tablespoon
    • Onion1 Chopped
    • Ginger-Garlic Paste1 tsp
    • Chicken Boneless½ KG
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black pepperTo taste
    • White pepper1 tsp
    • Red chili flakes½ tsp
    • Chicken Powder1 tsp
    • Vinegar1 tsp
    • Soy sauce1 tsp
    • Mustard1 tsp
    • Oil2 tbsp
    • Corn flour1 tbsp
    • Milk4 tbsp
    • Mayonnaise½ cup
    • Cream½ cup
    • Green Chatni1 tbsp
    • Green chilies2 chopped
    • Mozzarella Cheese½ cup
    • All-Purpose Flour1 tbsp
    • WaterAs required

Preparation

  • Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and chicken to the pan and stir for 5 minutes.
  • Put in salt, black pepper, white pepper, red chili flakes, chicken powder, vinegar, soy sauce, and mustard paste, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Make a well in the pan by pushing chicken to the sides.
  • Drizzle 2 tbsp oil in the middle of the pan and saute corn flour slightly.
  • Add milk to the mixture and saute for a few minutes.
  • Take the chicken filling out in a bowl. Add cream, mayonnaise, green chatni, chopped green chilies, cream and mix well.
  • Grate cheese over the mixture and combine everything.
  • Mix cornflour in water to make a thick paste.
  • Take a samosa patti and give it two folds to make a pouch for filling.
  • Add the chicken filling and seal the samosas.
  • Fry in medium hot oil on medium flame until golden brown.
  • Enjoy!
