Chicken Samosa


Deliciously deep-fried golden brown folded triangles of minced meat and fragrant spices, which make for the perfect iftaar snack! Pair them with your favorite sauce or chutney, and you have yourself a traditional iftaar favorite.

    • Oil1 tablespoon
    • Onion, Chopped1 Medium
    • Ginger-Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
    • Tomato, ChoppedHalf
    • Chicken, Mince500 grams
    • Chilli Flakes1 teaspoon
    • Black Pepper Powder1 teaspoon
    • Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
    • Chicken Powder1 teaspoon
    • SaltTo taste
    • Garam Masala½ teaspoon
    • Samosa PattiAs required
    • All-Purpose Flour1 tablespoon
    • WaterAs required
    • OilFor frying


  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion fry until translucent, add ginger, garlic & tomato.
  • Add the chicken till it changes color.
  • Add in chilli flakes, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, chicken powder, salt and give it a mix. Then add garam masala and mix until its done.
  • Take the cooked chicken and samosa patti. Add in the filling and secure the pattis with water and all-purpose flour mixture.
  • Fry the samosas until golden brown.
