Spring Rolls


Thinly sliced vegetables, chicken and cheese wrapped into delicious rolls, and deep-fried until golden brown. The perfect iftaari snack to serve to guests and make for your loved ones. Serve hot with your choice of sauce or chutney.

    • Oil4 – 5 tablespoon
    • Chicken, Boiled250 grams
    • Cabbage½, Finely Chopped
    • Carrot1 – 2, Finely Chopped
    • Capsicum½, Finely Chopped
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black Pepper Powder1 teaspoon
    • Soya Sauce1 tablespoon
    • Spring Onion1, Chopped
    • Green Chilli2 – 3, Chopped
    • Coriander½ Bunch, Finely Chopped
    • Mozzarella Cheese, Grated200 grams
    • All-Purpose Flour1 tablespoon
    • WaterAs needed
    • Roll PattiAs required


  • In a pan heat oil then add boiled chicken, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
  • Then add soya sauce, spring onion, green chilli, coriander and mix well.
  • The add mozzarella cheese and mix.
  • In a small cup add all-purpose flour and water, to make a paste for sealing the rolls.
  • Take a roll patti and add the roll stuffing in it and roll it. Brush on a bit of the paste to hold the roll.
  • Deep fry the rolls until they turn brown.
