Chicken, Boiled250 grams
Cabbage½, Finely Chopped
Carrot1 – 2, Finely Chopped
Capsicum½, Finely Chopped
SaltTo taste
Black Pepper Powder1 teaspoon
Soya Sauce1 tablespoon
Spring Onion1, Chopped
Green Chilli2 – 3, Chopped
Coriander½ Bunch, Finely Chopped
Mozzarella Cheese, Grated200 grams
All-Purpose Flour1 tablespoon

Preparation
In a pan heat oil then add boiled chicken, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
Then add soya sauce, spring onion, green chilli, coriander and mix well.
The add mozzarella cheese and mix.
In a small cup add all-purpose flour and water, to make a paste for sealing the rolls.
Take a roll patti and add the roll stuffing in it and roll it. Brush on a bit of the paste to hold the roll.
Deep fry the rolls until they turn brown.
