Ingredients
Cumin Seeds1 teaspoon
Coriander Seeds1 teaspoon
Coriander½ bunch
Green Chillies, chopped3-4
Ginger-garlic paste1 teaspoon
Chilli Flakes1 tablespoon
Chicken boneless, mince250 grams
SaltTo taste
Eggs2, beaten
Bread CrumbsAs required
Preparation
In a pan, roast cumin and coriander seeds.
In a blender add chopped coriander, green chillies, roasted cumin seeds, roasted coriander seeds, ginger-garlic paste and chilli flakes to make a paste.
Mix all the ingredients with minced chicken.
Scoop up some of the mixture and shape into small balls.
Coat the balls with beaten eggs & bread crumbs respectively.
Keep these chicken lollipops in refrigerator for half an hour and then shallow fry them.
Pierce each chicken ball with half a shashlik skewer so that they resemble lollipops.
