Ingredients
Chicken Boneless½ KG
Yogurt1 cup
Red Chilli Powder½ teaspoon
Paprika Powder½ teaspoon
Garam Masala½ teaspoon
Cumin Powder½ teaspoon
SaltTo taste
Oil1 – 2 tablespoon
BreadAs required
Onion1, finely chopped
Green ChatniAs required
Cheddar CheeseAs required
Mozzarella CheeseAs required

Preparation
In a mixing bowl add chicken, yogurt, red chilli powder, paprika powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt and mix well. Let it sit there for 30 minutes.
In a pan heat oil over medium heat then add marinated chicken. Cook for at least 10 minutes until the chicken turns tender.
On a cutting board, take a piece of bread and cut its corners. Then add a layer of green chatni over it, then add cooked chicken, onion, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and roll it.
Dip the rolls in beaten eggs then into bread crumbs.
Deep fry the rolls until the turn brown. Take them out on a piece of tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
