Pan Seared Chicken


Delicious chicken fillets marinated in cream and various aromatic herbs and spices, and then seared to perfection. The perfect lunch or dinner option, this dish is lean, healthy, and mouthwatering.

    • Cream1 cup
    • White Pepper1 teaspoon
    • Dried Basil1 teaspoon
    • Oregano1 teaspoon
    • Black Pepper1 teaspoon
    • Ginger Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
    • Vinegar1 teaspoon
    • Lemon Juice1 teaspoon
    • Chicken Fillets2


  • In a mixing bowl add cream, white pepper, dried basil, oregano, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Then add vinegar, lemon juice and mix again.
  • Then add chicken fillets and mix well until it is well coated with the marinade.
  • Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • In a pan add butter, oil and stir.
  • Then add marinated chicken and fry till brown.
  • Cover with lid and let it simmer for 05 to 10 minutes.
