Chicken, cubes1 KG
White pepper1 tablespoon
Saltto taste
Corn flour1 cup
All-purpose flour1 cup

Oil1 tablespoon
Thai red chili, chopped1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce1 tablespoon
Thai red curry paste1 teaspoon
Sugar1 teaspoon
Lemon juice1 teaspoon
Fresh coriander, choppedfor garnish
Preparation
To marinate the chicken, combine chicken cubes in a mixing bowl with white pepper, salt to taste, corn flour, all-purpose flour, egg and mix until well combined.
Heat oil in a wok over medium to high flame, fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
Then in a frying pan, heat oil over medium flame and add chopped Thai chilies, oyster sauce, Thai red curry paste and saute. Add water to dilute it.
Add sugar, lemon juice, fried chicken and mix.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and serve with rice.
