Ingredients

    • Tomatoes6 - 7
    • Water2 cups
    • Oil3 tablespoon
    • Onions1 cup, chopped
    • Garlic3 – 4, chopped
    • Carrot1 cup, chopped
    • Tomato Paste2 tablespoons
    • Chicken Broth2 cups
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black Pepper½ teaspoon
    • White Pepper½ teaspoon
    • Corn Flour½ tablespoon

Preparation

  • Make cuts in tomatoes and place them in a pot. Now add water in the pot and bring it to boil.
  • Remove the peel of the tomatoes and blend them with the leftover water.
  • In another pot, add oil, onion, garlic and carrot and fry until translucent.
  • Add the blended tomatoes and cook on medium heat.
  • Now add tomato paste and chicken broth. Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook for a while.
  • Strain the mixture using a strainer and remove the excess.
  • Pour the soup back in the pot and add salt, black pepper and white pepper. Mix well.
  • Now add some corn flour and a cup of water to thicken the texture of the soup as per your liking.

    1. Boil the Tomatoes and peal out its skin. Use the blender to make purée of the pealed tomatoes. 2. Sauté the onion in butter, add Basil Leaves, Add Salt, Red Chili Powder, Chopped Garlic, Rosemary Leaves. 3. After cooking for 10-15 Minutes, addd Tomatoes Purées. 4. Creamy Tomato Soup is ready. Before presenting sprinkle crushed black pepper, very little sugar and little lemon juice.
