Bhindi fry


A delicious dish made with deep fried okras and then cooked with aromatic spices. This dish is famously eaten in the hearts of Indian sub-continent. It is healthy and good for vegans.It goes along well with chapati or presented as a side dish with daal chawal.

    • Okra½ kilogram
    • Oilfor deep frying
    • Saltto taste
    • White pepper½ teaspoon
    • Chat masala½ teaspoon
    • Crushed red chilli½ teaspoon


  • Heat oil in a wok and fry okra until semi crunchy
  • Place on tissue after removal to soak up the oil.
  • In a small pot over low heat, add the fried okra. Add salt, white pepper, chat masala, and crushed red chilli. Mix the ingredient well, let it cook for about 2 minutes and then serve.
