Ingredients

    • Chicken boneless strips350 grams
    • Flour1/4 cup
    • Corn Flour1/4 cup
    • Black Pepper1/2 tsp
    • Paprika1/2 tsp
    • SaltTo taste
    • Chili Sauce1 - 2 tbsp
    • Garlic Paste1 tsp
    • Egg1, whisked
    • WaterAs required
    • Roll Sheets10
    • OilFor frying

Preparation

  • In a clean bowl, take boneless chicken strips.
  • Add flour, cornflour, black pepper, paprika, salt, chili sauce, garlic paste, egg, water and mix well.
  • Leave it to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, take spring roll sheets and roll them.
  • Cut into noodles.
  • Wrap the thinly cut strips over chicken strips properly.
  • Heat oil on medium-low flame and fry the chicken till golden brown.
  • Serve hot and Enjoy!
