Oil1 cup
Onion1, thinly chopped
Beef Mince½ KG
Ginger-Garlic Paste1 tablespoon
Tomatoes1 – 2, diced
WaterAs required
Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
SaltTo taste
Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder1 teaspoon
Chilli Flakes1 teaspoon
Deghi Mirch1 teaspoon
Dried Oregano1 teaspoon
Dried Basil1 teaspoon
Corn1 cup
Kidney Beans1 cup, soaked
Green Chillies1, chopped
CorianderFor garnish
Water1 liter
SaltTo taste
Spaghetti1 packet
Oil1 cup
Coriander¼ bunch, thinly chopped
Preparation
In a pot, add oil, onions, and fry till brown.
Stir in minced beef and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
Stir in tomatoes and add water as needed.
Add turmeric, salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, and red chili flakes. Mix well.
Mix in deghi mirch and cover with a lid to let simmer.
Mash the mixture and add oregano and dried basil. Mix well.
Stir in corn and red kidney beans. Add green chilies and mix.
Cover with lid and simmer.
Garnish with coriander.
For Spaghetti: In a pot, add water, salt, and spaghetti.
Boil the spaghetti, and strain.
In a bowl, add boiled spaghetti. Mix together oil and chopped coriander, and pour onto spaghetti. Mix well.
Assembling: Place a plastic mold in the center of a plate, and arrange spaghetti around it.
Spoon in Bolognese sauce into the center of the mold.
Remove the mold. Garnish with green chilies and coriander.
