Ingredients

    • Boneless chicken cubes300 grams
    • Spring Onions1 tbsp, chopped
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black pepperTo taste
    • White pepper1 tsp
    • Chicken powder1 tsp
    • Lemon1/2 squeeze
    • Corn flour¼ cup
    • All-purpose flour½ cup
    • Ginger Garlic Paste1 tsp
    • Egg1, whisked
    • WaterAs required
    • OilFor Frying
    • Baking Soda1/2 tsp
    • Oil1 tbsp
    • Garlic1, chopped
    • Ketchup1 cup
    • WaterAs required
    • Chili sauce1 tbsp
    • Soy Sauce1 tbsp
    • Sugar1 tsp
    • Honey1 tbsp
    • Black pepperTo taste
    • BBQ Sauce1 tbsp
    • Chili Flakes1 tsp
    • SaltTo taste
    • Oil1 tbsp
    • Garlic1 tbsp
    • Boiled Rice1 ½ cup
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black PepperTo taste
    • Chicken Powder1 tsp
    • Spring Onions½ cup
    • Sesame SeedsFor Garnish

Preparation

  • In a bowl, take boneless chicken.
  • Add spring onions, paprika, black pepper, white pepper, cornflour, all-purpose flour, chicken powder, salt, baking soda, ginger garlic paste, lemon, egg, water, and coat the chicken properly. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the coated chicken until golden brown.
  • To prepare the Honey BBQ sauce, pour some oil in a pan and saute garlic.
  • Add ketchup, water and cook for a minute.
  • Now add soy sauce, sugar, salt, chili sauce, honey, bbq sauce and mix.
  • Add black pepper, chili flakes and toss in the cooked chicken, and stir well.
  • Remove from the heat and set aside.
  • To prepare rice, heat oil in a pan and saute garlic.
  • Add boiled rice, chicken powder, black pepper, salt, spring onion greens and mix well.
  • Serve the chicken on a bed of cooked rice and serve hot.
