Green chilies, chopped1 cup
Mint leaves1 cup
Coriander leaves1 cup
White vinegar1 tablespoon
Lemon juice1 tablespoon
Salt½ teaspoon

Chicken tikka cut1 KG
Yoghurt1 cup
Ginger garlic paste1 tablespoon
Ground cumin½ teaspoon
Black pepper1 teaspoon
White pepper1 teaspoon
Garam masala1 teaspoon

Oil2-3 tablespoons
Butter4 tablespoons
Preparation
First make cuts in the chicken and then place it aside.
For hara masala blend together green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, white vinegar, lemon juice, salt and water.
In a bowl add the blended hara masala, yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, ground cumin, ground black pepper, ground white pepper, garam masala, salt and mix.
Now add the chicken, stir until well coated. Cover and let it marinate for 1 hour
In an oven safe dish, brush oil and place the marinated chicken.
Then pour the remaining marinade on top of the chicken. Brush all the marinade on the chicken.
Place butter on each piece, cover with a foil and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 45 minutes.
