This pasta recipe includes all the spicy ingredients one can imagine. It is a mix of tandoori masala, tikka masala and red chili powder to make a scrumptious dish. The bright red colour is formed from the generous helping of ketchup that is added in order to enhance its taste and look. Garnish the final dish with coriander leaves and enjoy!

Ingredients

    • Oil1 cup
    • Capsicum, chopped1 cup
    • Carrots, chopped1 cup
    • Cabbage, chopped1 cup
    • Soy Sauce1 tablespoon
    • Vinegar1 tablespoon
    • Chicken Boneless½ KG, boiled
    • SaltTo taste
    • Tandoori Masala3 tablespoon
    • Red Chili Powder1 tablespoon
    • Chicken Tikka Masala1½ tablespoon
    • Water1 cup
    • Black Pepper1 teaspoon
    • Ketchup1 cup
    • Elbow Macaroni300 grams

Preparation

  • In a pan, heat oil on a medium flame. Now add capsicum, carrot and cabbage in it. Mix well.
  • Add soy sauce, vinegar and salt. Mix well.
  • Now, add boiled chicken, tandoori masala, Chicken tikka masala, red chili powder and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Add a cup of water and mix well.
  • Now add ketchup. Mix well and let it cook for a while.
  • Add boiled macaroni and mix until well combined.
