Creamy Fajita Pasta


This creamy fajita recipe is a one-pot wonder that is made by mixing a number of vegetables, spices and mozzarella for some delicious flavours. If you’re looking to impress your guests, this dish is for you!

    • Chicken½ kg
    • Paprika1 tbsp
    • Black Pepper1 tbsp
    • Garlic Powder½ tbsp
    • Red Chili Powder1 tbsp
    • Cumin Powder1 tbsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil3 tbsps
    • Onion1 julienne cut
    • Green Pepper1 julienne cut
    • Boiled Pasta3 cups
    • Cream250 grams
    • Milk500 grams
    • Mozzarella Cheese250 grams


  • In a pan, add 3 tbsps of oil. Then add chicken in it. Fry until cooked properly.
  • Add paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add onion and mix well.
  • Add green pepper and mix well.
  • Now add boiled pasta.
  • Add cream and milk. Mix well. Cook on a low flame.
  • Add mozzarella cheese and mix well until you see the cheese strings.
