Chicken½ kg
Paprika1 tbsp
Black Pepper1 tbsp
Garlic Powder½ tbsp
Red Chili Powder1 tbsp
Cumin Powder1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil3 tbsps
Onion1 julienne cut
Green Pepper1 julienne cut
Boiled Pasta3 cups
Cream250 grams
Milk500 grams
Mozzarella Cheese250 grams
Preparation
In a pan, add 3 tbsps of oil. Then add chicken in it. Fry until cooked properly.
Add paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add onion and mix well.
Add green pepper and mix well.
Now add boiled pasta.
Add cream and milk. Mix well. Cook on a low flame.
Add mozzarella cheese and mix well until you see the cheese strings.
