Rabri Doodh


Try this delicious and rich Rabri Doodh to add an energy-loaded element to your iftar table. It is also a perfect choice for Sehri to go through the day comfortably. Drink it on its own or add dry fruits of your choice to make it more flavorsome.

    • Milk1 Liter
    • Sugar1 tbsp
    • Jaggery1/2 cup
    • Cardamom Powder1 tsp
    • Pistachio1 tbsp
    • Almonds1 tbsp


  • In a pan add 1 liter of milk and bring it to a boil while stirring.
  • Add sugar and keep stirring until it dissolves.
  • Now add jaggery and stir for 10 minutes until it dissolves completely.
  • Add cardamom powder, pistachios and almonds and mix well.
  • Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes on high flame and bring it to a boil.
  • Take out the rabri doodh mixture in a glass to serve.
