Try this delicious and rich Rabri Doodh to add an energy-loaded element to your iftar table. It is also a perfect choice for Sehri to go through the day comfortably. Drink it on its own or add dry fruits of your choice to make it more flavorsome.
Cardamom Powder1 tsp
In a pan add 1 liter of milk and bring it to a boil while stirring.
Add sugar and keep stirring until it dissolves.
Now add jaggery and stir for 10 minutes until it dissolves completely.
Add cardamom powder, pistachios and almonds and mix well.
Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes on high flame and bring it to a boil.
Take out the rabri doodh mixture in a glass to serve.
