Pesto Pasta


Pesto pasta is a popular food in Italy and other parts of the world. Created with variations of herbs, it is cooked and enjoyed in various parts of Europe. Pesto pasta has mild spices and goes perfectly as a quick snack any day. Take it for lunch, dinner or make it for late-night munching!

    • Boiled Fettuccine Pasta1 Bowl
    • Oil1 Tablespoon
    • Butter2 Teaspoon
    • Chicken1/2 Kilogram
    • Onion chopped1 Cup
    • Tomatoes chopped1 Cup
    • Garlic2 Cloves finely chopped
    • Oregano1/2 Teaspoon
    • White Pepper1 Teaspoon
    • SaltTo Taste
    • Black PepperTo Taste
    • Mushrooms1 Cup
    • Parsley1 Teaspoon
    • Coriander Leaves2 Teaspoon
    • Cheddar Cheese shredded1 Cup


  • In a blender, add basil, garlic, Thai red chili, salt, sugar, oil, cashew nuts, water, and blend till fine.
  • In a pan, add oil and saute chopped garlic.
  • Add cubed chicken and cook until it changes color.
  • Add chopped onion, oregano, black pepper, white pepper, chopped tomatoes, salt, and mix well.
  • Pour the prepared pesto into the pan.
  • Add brown sugar, mushrooms, butter, parsley, and coriander and mix it.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add boiled fettuccine pasta and cheese to the sauce and combine everything properly.
  • Serve the pasta hot to enjoy every flavor heartily.
