    • Chicken1/2 Kilogram
    • Garlic3 Cloves finely chopped
    • Onion1 finely chopped

    • Milk1 Liter
    • Butter2 Tablespoon
    • Flour2 Tablespoon
    • Onion1 Whole
    • Garlic1 clove finely chopped

    • Cream1 Cup

Preparation

  • For cooking chicken, heat oil in a pan, and saute garlic and onion until brown.
  • Add chicken to the pan, and cook until tender
  • Add salt and black pepper to the pan and cook well
  • To boil pasta, pour water in a deep pan, put some salt and bring to a boil. Add uncooked fettuccine and boil for 7 minutes.
  • For the sauce, take one whole onion and poke the cloves into it.
  • Pour milk into a deep pan and add onion and the bay leaf.
  • Cover and let it boil for seven minutes.
  • Remove the onion and the bay leaf from milk
  • In the milk, add oregano, salt, white pepper, black pepper, and mix everything well.
  • Melt butter in a pan and saute chopped garlic. Add in flour and cook until it thickens.
  • Combine the flour mixture and milk, and stir well.
  • Pour cream and cook for a few minutes.
  • Now, toss the boiled pasta and chicken in the sauce until incorporated completely.
  • Finish it off with grated cheddar cheese and give it a stir.
  • Garnish with olives and serve the Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta steaming hot!
