Ingredients

    • Coriander whole2 Tablespoon
    • Cumin1 Tablespoon
    • Carom seeds, ajwain1 Teaspoon
    • Beef mince1/2 Kilogram
    • Black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
    • Garam masala powder1 Teaspoon
    • Chapli Kabab Masala2 Tablespoon
    • Chili flakes1 Teaspoon
    • Cumin powder1 Teaspoon
    • SaltTo Taste
    • Anar dana powder1 Teaspoon
    • Ginger garlic paste1 Tablespoon
    • Fresh coriander chopped2 Tablespoon
    • Green chilies chopped1 Tablespoon
    • Tomato chopped1/4
    • Onion chopped1/2
    • Egg1
    • Flour2 Tablespoon
    • OilFor frying

Preparation

  • Firstly prepare the chapli kabab masala by roasting cumin, coriander whole, and carom seeds. Cool and mix them together.
  • Take minced beef in a bowl.
  • Add black pepper, chapli kabab masala, chili flakes, cumin powder, salt, anar dana powder, ginger garlic paste, fresh coriander, chopped green chilies, chopped tomato, chopped onion, and egg to the minced beef.
  • Mix well.
  • Now add the flour and combine everything properly.
  • Drizzle some oil in a plate and grease it.
  • Shape the kabab and place them on the plate.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the kabab on a low medium flame.
  • Cook each side for 10 minutes till done.
  • Garnish with sliced onions and serve.
