Orange Chicken is a flavorful dish that has a combination of sweet and sour taste to it.     • Chicken½ kg
    • Soy sauce3 tbsp
    • Orange juice2 tbsp
    • Cornflour2 tbsp
    • Saltto taste
    • Black pepperto taste
    • Oil3 tbsp
    • Orange juice¾ cup
    • Soy sauce2 tbsp
    • Vinegar2 tbsp
    • Teriyaki sauce2 tbsp
    • Sugar2 tsp
    • Cornflour2 tbsp


  • Take chicken in a bowl and add soy sauce, orange juice, cornflour, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • Now for the gravy, heat the oil and the marinated chicken and fry until tender.
  • Now add orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, teriyaki sauce, sugar, and cornflour.
  • Mix it well and simmer for ten minutes till the gravy gets thick.
