Ingredients

    • Eggs5
    • Salted Butter3 Tablespoon
    • Mushrooms1 Can
    • Spinach1/2 Bunch (chopped)
    • SaltTo Taste
    • Black PepperTo Taste
    • Red Chili FlakesTo Taste
    • CorianderTo Garnish

Preparation

  • In a bowl, take 5 eggs. Add salt and whisk together.
  • Melt butter in a pan and add chopped spinach. Cook until it softens.
  • Toss in the mushrooms and stir fry.
  • Add salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes to season the vegetables.
  • In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon butter and pour the whisked eggs.
  • Mix the eggs gently and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Add cooked vegetables and grated cheese, and fold the omelette from both sides.
  • Take the delicious Mushroom Cheese Omelette in Suhoor with warm tea for a complete meal.
