Anda Ghotala is a staple food in middle-eastern and sub-continental cuisine. It is prepared and relished in rural and urban areas, and eaten with paratha or bread. Ready with just a few ingredients, this filling breakfast food is typically taken as breakfast, and also enjoyed in lunch and dinner.
Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds, onions, and tomatoes. Cook until the onions turn golden brown.
Add green chilies and mix well.
Put in red chili powder, turmeric, and salt, and stir.
Now add sliced boiled eggs to the pan and combine with the prepared onion and tomato mixture.
Break the eggs in a bowl and pour into the pan. Keep mixing until the eggs are cooked perfectly. Sprinkle fenugreek leaves and garam masala to finish it off.
How'd it turn out?
