Mint lassi is a modern twist to the traditional lassi recipe, with the addition of mint to it. The refreshing effect of lassi is amplified by the addition of mint and makes a perfect breakfast drink. You can serve it to your family on Eid breakfast to accompany with the filling oily breakfast usually served.

Ingredients

    • Yogurt1 cup
    • Milk¼ cup
    • Cumin Seeds½ tsp
    • Mint Leaves10 - 12
    • SaltTo taste
    • Ice CubesAs required

Preparation

  • Take one cup of yogurt in a blender.
  • Add in milk, cumin seeds, mint leaves, salt, and blend.
  • Pour the Mint lassi into a glass.
  • Add ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
