Ingredients

    • Yogurt1 1/2 Cup
    • SaltTo Taste
    • Gram flour2 Tablespoon
    • Water1/3 Cup
    • Coconut milk1 Cup
    • Turmeric powder1/2 Teaspoon
    • Oil3 Tablespoon
    • Onion chopped1 Cup
    • Green chilies chopped1 Tablespoon
    • Tomato paste2 - 3 Tablespoon
    • Water2 Tablespoon
    • Red chili powder1 Teaspoon
    • SaltTo Taste
    • Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
    • Garam masala1 Teaspoon
    • Beef boneless, boiled300 Grams
    • Oil3 Tablespoon
    • Red chili flakes2 Tablespoon
    • Chaat masala
    • Chopped onions
    • Sev
    • Nimco
    • Papri
    • Fried garlic

Preparation

  • To prepare curry, take yogurt in a bowl. Add salt, gram flour, and whisk well.
  • Add water and mix well.
  • Pour the yogurt mixture into a deep pan, add the coconut milk and whisk properly.
  • Add gram flour and turmeric, and whisk again to avoid lumps.
  • For red meat curry, in a skillet, heat oil and add onions.
  • Fry the onions until they turn translucent.
  • Add green chilies, and saute for a few minutes.
  • Now add tomato paste, water, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, and stir.
  • Add in boiled boneless beef and mix well.
  • For Tarka, take oil in a pan and saute red chili flakes.
  • For assembling, place spaghetti on a plate, add curry, and red beef curry.
  • Garnish with chaat masala, chopped onion, nimco, sev, papri, chili oil and fried garlic.
