Ingredients

    • Oil4 Tablespoon
    • Mustard seeds2 Pinch
    • Curry leaves10 - 12
    • Whole red chili8 - 10
    • Cumin1 Tablespoon
    • Red chili flakes1 Teaspoon
    • Red chili powder1 Teaspoon
    • Desiccated coconut khopra2 Tablespoon
    • Coriander powder1 Teaspoon
    • Tamarind Puree1 Teaspoon
    • Chaat MasalaTo Taste
    • Potatoes Boiled3 - 4
    • Green chilies3
    • Coriander LeavesTo Garnish

Preparation

  • Take 4 tablespoon oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cook them a little.
  • In the same pan, add curry leaves, whole red chilies, and fry.
  • Add cumin, red chili flakes, red chili powder, desiccated coconut khopra, coriander powder, and stir well for a few minutes.
  • Add tamarind puree to the pan and cook until the oil separates.
  • Now put salt and chaat masala and mix.
  • Lastly, toss in boiled potatoes to the prepared masala and coat them with masala properly.
  • Garnish with coriander and green chilies.
