A quick and refreshing mango dessert for hot summer months, prepared with only two ingredients. This is the easiest dessert to make, and because it only uses mango and water, it is guilt-free and can be enjoyed by vegans as well as anyone on a diet.
Cut mangoes into equal sized chunks.
Freeze for about an hour.
Add frozen mango chunks into a blender and puree.
Add water and keep blending until smooth.
Pour the smooth paste into a glass tray.
Freeze the paste for 4 hours.
After it has frozen, scoop it out and serve.
