Lamb Chops


Tender and succulent lamb chops marinated in various herbs and spices and grilled to perfection. This is the perfect dish to serve at a special occasion or at your next barbecue.

    • Rack of Lamb500 grams
    • Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
    • Garam Masala1 teaspoon
    • Red Chili Powder1 teaspoon
    • SaltTo taste
    • Lemon Juice1 - 2 tablespoon
    • Vinegar1 tablespoon
    • Ginger Paste1 teaspoon
    • Garlic Paste1 teaspoon
    • Oil1 - 2 tablespoon
    • Papaya Paste1 tablespoon
    • Coriander Leaves¼ bunch


  • Take a rack of lamb, and thoroughly trim the fat until the rib bone is exposed, with a technique known as frenching.
  • In a bowl, add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, lemon juice, vinegar, ginger paste, papaya paste, garlic paste, and oil. Mix well.
  • Stir in coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Apply this mixture onto the rack of lamb. Rub well all over it.
  • Grill each side of the lamb chop over a high flame for 3-4 minutes.
