Oil3 – 4 tablespoon
Onions2 – 3, sliced
Peppercorn½ teaspoon
Cloves½ teaspoon
Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
SaltTo taste
Beef Mince½ KG
Tomato Paste1 cup
Tomato Puree1 cup
Bitter Gourd2 – 3, diced
WaterAs required

Preparation
In a pan add oil and saute the onions until they turn brown.
Then add cloves, peppercorn, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
Add beef mince and mix well for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add tomato paste and mix well. Then add tomato puree and stir.
Add bitter gourd and mix well. Add water and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and green chili.
