Ingredients

    • Oil3 – 4 tablespoon
    • Onions2 – 3, sliced
    • Peppercorn½ teaspoon
    • Cloves½ teaspoon
    • Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
    • Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
    • Red Chili Powder1 teaspoon
    • Turmeric Powder½ teaspoon
    • SaltTo taste
    • Beef Mince½ KG
    • Tomato Paste1 cup
    • Tomato Puree1 cup
    • Bitter Gourd2 – 3, diced
    • WaterAs required
    • CorianderFor garnish
    • Green ChiliFor garnish

Preparation

  • In a pan add oil and saute the onions until they turn brown.
  • Then add cloves, peppercorn, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix well for 2 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
  • Add beef mince and mix well for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste and mix well. Then add tomato puree and stir.
  • Add bitter gourd and mix well. Add water and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander and green chili.
