Fried Chicken Salad

    • Mustard Paste1 Tablespoon
    • Oyster Sauce1 Tablespoon
    • Lemon juice1 Tablespoon

    • Vinegar2 Tablespoon
    • Olive Oil2 Tablespoon
    • Garlic cloves finely chopped3 - 4
    • Cabbage chopped1/2
    • Corns1/2 Can

  • In a bowl add black pepper, red chili flakes, salt, white pepper, oregano, thyme, mixed herbs and olive oil, and mix well.
  • Wash the chicken fillets and marinate both sides with the prepared herb mixture for one hour.
  • In another bowl, put cream, mustard paste, oyster sauce, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic, vinegar and olive oil. Use a whisk to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken fillets. Cover and cook for 10 minutes until tender.
  • Cut the fried fillets into one inch thick pieces
  • Mix together cabbage, corns, tomatoes and the prepared sauce in a bowl.
  • Present the gorgeous fried chicken salad with lettuce leaves and sprinkle some coriander on top.
