Ingredients

    • Chicken½ kg
    • Soy sauce2 tbsp
    • Paprika2 tbsp
    • Black Pepperto taste
    • Saltto taste
    • Chili sauce3 tbsp
    • Mayonnaise1 cup
    • Ketchup¾ cup
    • Black pepperto taste
    • Paprika2 tsp
    • Honey1 tbsp
    • Cornflour1 cup
    • Flour1 cup
    • Black pepper2 tsp
    • Saltto taste
    • Eggs2

Preparation

  • In a bowl take the chicken and add soya sauce, paprika powder, black pepper and, salt and mix.
  • Keep it aside for half an hour.
  • For the sauce, mix chili sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup, black pepper, paprika powder, and honey in a bowl.
  • For the coating add cornflour, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix.
  • For frying coat the chicken pieces in the cornflour and eggs.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until tender.
  • Now, dip the fried chicken in the dynamite sauce and mix.
