Dynamite Chicken


Similar to the classic prawns served in restaurants, dip your fried chicken in this tangy, orange coloured sauce and bring the restaurant experience to your home. This recipe is a mix of spicy and sweet flavours that come together to make this delicious dish. Serve with coleslaw as a side, or try this dish as it is, it will continue to bring wonders!

    • Chicken½ kg
    • Soy sauce2 tbsp
    • Paprika2 tbsp
    • Black Pepperto taste
    • Saltto taste
    • Chili sauce3 tbsp
    • Mayonnaise1 cup
    • Ketchup¾ cup
    • Black pepperto taste
    • Paprika2 tsp
    • Honey1 tbsp
    • Cornflour1 cup
    • Flour1 cup
    • Black pepper2 tsp
    • Saltto taste
    • Eggs2


  • In a bowl take the chicken and add soya sauce, paprika powder, black pepper and, salt and mix.
  • Keep it aside for half an hour.
  • For the sauce, mix chili sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup, black pepper, paprika powder, and honey in a bowl.
  • For the coating add cornflour, flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix.
  • For frying coat the chicken pieces in the cornflour and eggs.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until tender.
  • Now, dip the fried chicken in the dynamite sauce and mix.
