Ingredients

    • Clarified butter1 cup
    • Onion chopped1 Cup
    • Ginger garlic paste1 Tablespoon
    • Beef mince1/2 Kilogram
    • Tomato puree1 Cup
    • Green chilies chopped4
    • SaltTo Taste
    • Red chili powder1 Teaspoon
    • Chili flakes1 Teaspoon
    • Black pepper powder1 Teaspoon
    • Turmeric powder1 Teaspoon
    • Coriander powder1 Teaspoon
    • Chicken powder1 Teaspoon
    • Black salt1 Teaspoon
    • Cumin1 Teaspoon
    • Black pepper crushed1 Teaspoon
    • Coriander seeds crushed1 Teaspoon
    • Chaat masala1 Teaspoon
    • Garam masala powder1 Teaspoon
    • WaterAs required
    • Ginger minced1 Teaspoon
    • Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
    • Fresh coriander leaves1/2 Cup

Preparation

  • In a pan, add clarified butter and melt it.
  • Now add the chopped onions and stir until translucent.
  • Add in ginger garlic paste, beef mince, and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add tomato puree and mix well.
  • Add green chilies and cook for a while.
  • Next, put in salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chicken powder, black salt, cumin, coriander seeds crushed, chaat masala, garam masala powder, and water.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Lastly add chopped green chilies, minced ginger, lemon juice, fresh coriander and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
