Originated from the USA by Fanny Farmer, this is a square shaped baked chocolate dessert. Delicious gooey chocolate brownies can be enjoyed fresh out of the oven, or with a dollop of cream.

Ingredients
Corn Flour2 cups
All-Purpose Flour4 cups
Cocoa Powder1 cup
Egg1
Salt¼ teaspoon
Oil1 cup
Milk1 cup
Cream1 cup
Crushed Chocolates1 cup
MintFor garnish
Preparation
Using a strainer on top of a mixing bowl, add corn flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder and whisk.
Add egg, vanilla essence, salt, oil, milk and whisk until it creates a thick form.
Pour the batter into a pan and bake at 350 degree F in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
For frosting, in a pan add cream, crushed chocolate and whisk until it combines together to create a thick paste.
Pour the frosting over the baked cake and cover it entirely. Refrigerate for about an 1 hour.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cut it into square shape pieces. Take it a piece out on a plate.
Pout melted chocolate over for garnish and add mint.
