Chicken Nuggets


Chicken nuggets are every kid's favorite. While you can get them semi-cooked, nothing is better than making them at home. This chicken nugget recipe with mild spices is specially crafted for kids and low in spice. Make them on the day of serving or prepare in advance and freeze to make your Iftar simpler.

    • Chicken Mince500 grams
    • SaltTo taste
    • Black PepperTo taste
    • Garlic Powder1 tsp
    • Chili Flakes1 tsp
    • Bread CrumbsAs required
    • FlourAs required
    • Eggs, WhiskedAs required


  • In a clean bowl, add minced chicken 500gm. Along with the seasoning: salt, pepper, red chili flakes, garlic powder.
  • Mix well until everything is combined well.
  • Transfer the mixture carefully on the butter paper, then cover it with another paper and with the help of a rolling pin flatten the surface.
  • Then dip the spatula in cold water and equal the size from all corners until you are satisfied with it.
  • With the help of a clean knife, cut the desired shape you like. It makes about 20-30 nuggets.
  • In three different bowls, add flour, bread crumbs and whisked egg for coating. Add a good pinch of salt in the bread crumbs.
  • Shape and then coat your nuggets in breadcrumbs , then egg, then again bread crumbs.
  • Then fry until crispy brown.
