Oil5 – 6 tablespoons
Onions, sliced2 - 3, sliced
Garlic Paste1 teasp 1 teaspoon
Ginger Paste1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder1 teaspoon
Garam Masala1 teaspoon
Royal Cumin Seeds½ teaspoon
Red Chili Powder1 teaspoon
Tomatoes, chopped2
Yogurt, whipped½ cup
Wateras needed
Oil2 – 3 tablespoon

Preparation
In a large pot, heat oil over medium flame and saute sliced onions.
Add chicken, ginger garlic paste and saute until no longer pink.
Add salt, ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, royal cumin seeds, red chili powder, diced tomatoes and mix well.
Add yogurt and mix well. Now add water if needed, cover the lid and cook for 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium flame and saute okras until cooked.
Add the cooked okras in the chicken gravy and mix.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
