A deliciously rich chicken gravy dish prepared with coconut milk, cream and mozzarella cheese, and flavored with various herbs and spices. Serve with naan or by itself for a perfectly hearty meal!
On a cutting board, take a chicken breast piece and cut it from the inner side to make 2 thin pieces of chicken breast. Then cut the breast pieces into cubes.
In a mixing bowl add cubed chicken, green chatni, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, vinegar, lemon juice, white pepper powder, green chilli paste, ginger paste, garlic paste and mix well.
Then add shredded mozzarella cheese, coconut milk and mix well until all the ingredients are well combined. Let it marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Take a baking dish, grease it with oil. Add the marinated chicken.
Cover the baking dish with an aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes on medium heat.
